The "Reflecting Pool" - the time of the blast "9:03". This occupies what was once N.W. Fifth Street. "168 chairs" - 19 small ones to represent the children killed. The chairs are arrange in nine rows, one for each of the nine floors of the Murrah Building and arranged to signify which floor the victims were working or visiting on when the blast occurred. --- and the " Survivor Tree" a 90 + year-old American Elm tree that was a witness to it all. This is the symbol of "human resilience".
