Shower for Sara!

The "Aunts" hosted a shower for Sara, Dan's soon to be bride. Aunt Virginia & Gayle are seated beside her. We had a great day! We warmly welcome Sara to our growing family!

Blair's newest mount ---

I'm not sure who is more proud - the Dad hanging the mount or the son who shot the deer!

We have our own herd!

Jeff hung the newest mount on the wall. The center one is Jeff's deer mount from 2006, the one on the right belongs to Blair from 2007 and the one on the left is Blair's too from 2008! They look pretty cool. This morning there were three does grazing on the mound.

Making kraut!

Since we had a few jars left we decided to do just one crock of cabbage this season. This kraut cutter is the same one that my Grandpa & Grandma Fisher used. My parents made sauerkraut for a lot of years and now we do. I wonder which of our kids will carry on this tradition - or maybe it will be a reason for them to gather someday?

Elijah & Lauren's Dedication at St. Luke's

Elijah & Lauren were dedicated today (10/25) at St. Luke's in Faribault. Aaron has been the pastor there since August of 2008. Randy Hardy led the dedication service. A close friend sang "Offering" which is a song that is special to Aaron & Noelle. This song was also sang at their wedding in Dillon, CO.
