Since we had a few jars left we decided to do just one crock of cabbage this season. This kraut cutter is the same one that my Grandpa & Grandma Fisher used. My parents made sauerkraut for a lot of years and now we do. I wonder which of our kids will carry on this tradition - or maybe it will be a reason for them to gather someday?

Making kraut!
Since we had a few jars left we decided to do just one crock of cabbage this season. This kraut cutter is the same one that my Grandpa & Grandma Fisher used.
