It all started with Jeff picking the choke cherries from the tree by the garage - so on to the apples that dropped on the ground. Applesauce and apple jelly - hmmm what should I try next??(I have been wanting for years to make "South American's" - that might be my next canning adventure! Off to visit with the butcher.)
