"A Roaring Party"

Here are all the kids "roaring" like dinosaurs - helping John celebrate his 3rd birthday. From left to right - Natalie (John's older sister), Evan (a friend), Ean (John's cousin), Lauren ( John's cousin) and John. Dinosaurs hats and they are all ready to enjoy! Great party, fun had by all!

Happy "3rd" Birthday John (9/17)

Our grandson John, (Danielle & Paul's son) celebrated his 3rd birthday last Saturday. John can make the best dinosaur roar - he loves cars, trucks, and riding his new scooter. John has an infectious giggle that makes you want to laugh out loud. He is a special guy. Love you lots John! Grandpa & Grandma

Happy Birthday Abby!

Our youngest daughter Abby is now 28 years old! (9/13) She continues to bring sunshine to all of us. Abby is usually up for a new experience - cooking class, shopping adventure, project at the cabin, and playing a game with her Mom. Abby and her husband, Dan, live in Monticello.

Love you!

Fun times in Faribault.....

This past week Aaron and Noelle attended a pastoral conference at the "Center for Excellence in Congregational Leadership" in Wisconsin. This gave them both an opportunity to network with other couples in the ministry. Grandpa Wayne & Grandma Susan (Aaron's parents) along with Jeff and I made up a "tag team" to care for the kiddo's. Even though Grandpa Jeff had a busy schedule he still managed to come down and spend one night with us. Ean and Lauren enjoyed rough housing with Grandpa - nobody can quite do it like Dad but the Grandpa's gave it a good try! We had a great time - reading books, baking, playing games, and a field trip to Cabela's to see all the animals. Fun times with Grandpa/ma's but if I only had a video when they came through the door Thursday evening - what a hoot - they were so excited!
