Happy "8th" Birthday Natalie!

Miss Natalie Kaye Fischer turned 8 years old on the 4th of March!  It seems just like yesterday that we were there for her first bath at the hospital; and then we would just watch her sleep in the car seat - in aw of what a miracle a baby is.  She is in the second grade and is a great student.   Thanks for sharing your new adventures with us - be it a choir concert, drama club, girl scout cookies, or just reading a story! (and helping you learn to embroider)  Always a treat!

Happy Birthday Paul!

February 5th is our oldest daughter Danielle's hubby's birthday.  Paul and Danielle have two children Natalie and John that keep them busy.  Along with working and spending time with his family Paul enjoys all kinds of outdoor sports - fishing and hunting is what he shares the most about to all of us!  He is teaching his children his love of the outdoors!!!

Happy Birthday, Greta Kaye Dehmer

We welcomed our newest grand daughter to the family Sunday evening January 27th.  The proud parents are Abby and Dan - our baby has a baby!  A special moment when it all connects that your youngest daughter now has a baby all of her own!  Greta Kaye weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and was 20 inches long at birth.  She is a sweetheart which I am sure all of you will agree!!!!

Noelle and Aaron celebrate birthdays within a week of each other!  They are busy with 3 little ones and being a pastor and the wife of a pastor, definitely two and a half full time jobs!  What fun!

Happy Birthday Elijah!

December 7th Elijah celebrated 4 years!  Our little guy is growing up!  He is interested in "how" things work and is always has a question for Grandpa Jeff.  He needs no entertainment when he comes for a visit as long as he can follow Grandpa:)  Grandma's wild rice soup and mashed potatoes are favorites at our house.  Elijah is the guy in the middle - an older sister and a younger brother!  What fun!

Happy Birthday Heather! & Happy Anniversary too!

Heather celebrated a birthday on Nov. 14th.  She and Blair live in West DesMoines, IA.  Heather is a busy lady with work, taking care of Stella and Elmer, and of course Blair.  We spent some time with them earlier this fall. They have a lovely home and are the best host and hostess.  Although they live a distance away we know that they are close in heart.  

Blair and Heather will also be celebrating an anniversary on the 27th of this month!
